Fridtjof Nansen
The Declaration of Human Rights is a document that has a priority position for us over all international laws.
Today, references to human rights are often a formality, like references to the biblical commandments. It is necessary that everything written in the Declaration of Human Rights acquire the force of an immutable law for all countries and peoples. Until this happens, there will be wars, suffering, and hunger in the world.

"Every person has the right to protection and support, regardless of nationality or religion."
