Fridtjof Nansen
The principles of the Association are based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Geneva Convention, the Helsinki Declaration, as well as common sense and the right of everyone who wants to change their life, to receive support and assistance.
A person is the main value on the planet, everyone deserves respect and has the right to protection from an authoritarian state, its administrative, bureaucratic and punitive institutions.
Any person has the right to choose a place to live in accordance with their concepts of security and respect for their rights and freedoms.
The human right to life is the first point of the Declaration of Human Rights - compliance with this right is not subject to discussion and cannot be violated under any circumstances. We are opponents of any wars and are militant pacifists. War cannot be a way to resolve conflicts. To resort to murder to resolve a conflict is savagery and political infantilism.
The most important task of the Association is to promote the humanistic ideas of Fridtjof Nansen, who showed the whole world an example of high altruism and help to people.
Our goal is also to restore in one form or another the Nansen passport as a generally recognized international document allowing people to live and work in the country of their choice, based on the fact that there is autocracy and lawlessness in their homeland, and they do not feel safe there.

The Association's mission is to help refugees during the adaptation period, from the moment they seek help until they receive documents allowing them to work in a new country. The Association plans, if possible, to provide refugees with free housing during this period. Provide language support in solving everyday problems and issues with paperwork, as well as in finding a job. Our volunteers are ready to provide refugees with free legal assistance, assistance in integrating into a new society, and assistance in arranging refugee children's enrollment in educational institutions.
In different countries of the world, the Association plans to create its own representative offices of volunteers to provide practical, legal, technical, advisory and operational assistance in various formats, not limited to the country where the Association's central office is located.

"Our goal must be to create conditions
under which all peoples can cooperate
in a spirit of mutual respect and understanding
so that every person can live in peace and security."
